1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Bible Alarm app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. App Use

  • License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscription Model: Bible Alarm offers optional subscription plans for access to premium features. Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Auto-Renewal:Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds:Refund requests are governed by the App Store or Play Store's respective refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Conduct: You agree not to submit inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content through any feature of the App, including photos submitted for practice verification.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.
  • Health & Safety: Certain practices involve physical activity (such as praise hands or other movement-based gestures). You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to safely perform any practice you select. Friday Labs LLC is not responsible for any injury resulting from use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content within the App, including text, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Friday Labs LLC or its licensors.
  • Limited Use: You may not reproduce or distribute App content without our express written permission.

6. AI-Powered Practice Verification

Bible Alarm uses AI technology via OpenAI's API to verify photo-based morning practices. Verification is processed in real-time and is not linked to any personal identifiers.

While the system aims to be accurate, verification results may occasionally be imperfect. Practice completions are intended for personal spiritual practice and accountability only. By using photo practices, you acknowledge that AI analysis is automated and that Friday Labs LLC does not review your submitted photos.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or any specific results from use of the App or its practice features.

8. Limitation of Liability

Friday Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to missed alarms, incomplete practices, or any reliance on app functionality for time-sensitive needs.

9. Termination

  • User Termination: You may discontinue use of the App at any time.
  • Company Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Friday Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
